Refund policy

 
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@besender.com. We will respond to your return request within 24-48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as disposable accessories and parts, custom-made products, service-type products (e.g., tire replacement services), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). For these special types of items, we will detail the return policy on the product page. Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. Once the order is placed, we will consider it as agreement to these terms. In case of any disputes, the terms listed on the product page will prevail. If you have any questions or concerns about the items you purchased, please feel free to email us or call our contact number.

Unfortunately, once an order is returned and refunded, any coupons/discount codes or gift card used in the order will not be returned.

 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you wish to exchange a product due to reasons unrelated to product defects or errors on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, labels, and accessories. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. Please note that any additional shipping fees for the replacement item may also apply. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return shipment to ensure its safe arrival.
 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. The inspection process is expected to take 2-5 business days. Once we receive your return and complete inspection, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited to your payment account within 2 business days after the inspection is completed. If your return does not pass our returns inspection, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee, or you may not be eligible for a refund at all.
 
Return fees
For defective, incorrectly shipped, damaged, or other flawed goods, you can return them at no cost as we cover the return shipping fees. Before returning, email us at customersupport@besender.com for a prepaid return label. Using a different return shipping method without our agreement means we won’t reimburse you. If you can’t use our label, contact us for an alternative. Upon receiving your valid return receipt, we’ll refund your return postage costs along with the order refund amount. Returns without a valid receipt won’t be accepted.
